She loves practicing walking and standing. Her balance has definitely improved!
She really is the Princess of Cute! She just makes us smile and laugh so much everyday!
Her two front teeth are slowly cutting through. We can just see two little white slits starting to show. Daddy says all she wants for Christmas is her two front teeth...her two front teeth!!
Bella LOVES music. Especially my singing!! I knew I was a good singer! ha,ha  ;) She will hum to the song we are singing and even bounces to the beat and shakes her hand back and forth. Maybe she will be an awesome salsa dancer! She is going to love all her new toys she is getting for Christmas! I just ordered her first Christmas stocking from Pottery Barn!! Love it!! We Love you Bella and all your cute ways!

9 Months Old!

Bella turned 9 months old on Sunday! We went to her Doctors today and she is 20lbs and 28.5 inches!! Her growth and development are right an track and have stayed consistent for these past 9 months. She is in the 75th to 90th percentile for her weight and height! She is still a tall girl! She is pulling her self up any chance she can get. She holds on to the couch, her play table, baskets, us.... She would rather be standing than sitting. We get to introduce her to more table foods now that she is 9 months! Even oatmeal and eggs for breakfast and we get to start her slowly on Vitamin D milk in a sippy cup! That will be nice since she is currently on the most expensive formula out there! I hope she likes the milk! We are going on our family cruise on the 28th!! Yay! Junior and I are getting so excited!! We can't wait to relax and enjoy playing with Bella. I know she is going to LOVE the kids pool! Our ship Liberty of the Seas has an awesome kids zone. Bella can splash and play. We got a new waterproof video camera and I will be sure to get some good shots of Bella Boo! Carly was here last week for a wedding she was in. We did an early Thanksgiving last Sunday. It was a short visit but nice to see Carly and for her to see Bella! My Dad and his girlfriend Val were here last week for a visit too! They got to see Bella and took us out for Dinner. It was a busy week but nice to see everyone! I guess I was bad about the picture taking because I don't have any shots with them. Carly you will have to send me pics of you can Bella off your camera. Oh, and Junior I want more pics of me and Bella!! How come the Mom is always the one behind the camera!

October Fun!!



Our Little Pumpkin

We had a fun October! We went to our local pumpkin patch and picked out Pumpkins. Bella enjoyed using them as a chew toy too! Daddy and Mommy carved the pumpkins while Bella watched from her high chair. She got to feel and touch the sticky insides. She didn't like the feel of the pumpkin to much. She made funny faces at it. We dressed her up as Minnie Mouse for Halloween! Bella looked Sooo cute and even kept her ears on the whole time! I wore a Minnie Mouse Shirt and Junior wore a Mickey shirt to go with the theme. She went trick or treating to both of her Grandparents houses. Then Gramma and Grampa came over for dinner and we passed out Candy to the neighborhood kids. It was a fun time! Aunty Carly Flys in on Saturday and we are having an early Thanksgiving on Sunday while she is here. I am cooking at my house. I love the holidays especially now that we have
 Bella Boo! She makes everything so much more fun!!

Boating Bella!

We took Bella on the boat for the first time on Sunday! We got her a cute pink life jacket which I was worried she would hate wearing... but she didn't mind it at all! She looked so little in her life jacket! She loved watching the other boats pass by and the people who waved at us. They thought Bella was pretty cute too! We took a nice ride down imperial river. She even helped Daddy steer the boat. Then we went into the bay and started to go fast. She was a little nervous at first. So we made it fun and said YAY!!! She liked that and started smiling and clapping when we went fast again. She is a great little boater! We are going to go again this weekend and make a stop at the beach this time! It was a perfect family Sunday. Bella had a long nap when we got home and Junior and I got to hang by the pool.The Florida Fall weather is here and

 it feels great!

Bella's Baby Food

I have been making some homemade baby food for Bella. When I was pregnant I pictured myself making every meal for her from scratch. Didn't you know I was going to be the next Susie/Lisa homemaker! Well, I have the cute little apron and I do like cooking but my vision has not become reality. I enjoy doing other things with my time so I don't always get to whip up a batch of homemade baby food goodness. Now that the world has gone green and people are becoming aware of what chemicals they put into their bodies. There are some good organic options of packaged baby food to choose from. I buy the Gerber Organics and Earths Best Organics. She loves her peaches and applesauce and sweet peas. We make bananas and sweet potatoes at home and have been trying more things as she gets older. Once she reaches nine months I can start incorporating some different foods into her diet. I have been looking into some healthy snack options for her too. She likes her all natural mum mums and apple puffs right now. When she gets older Annies is a line of all natural snacks for kids. They have cheddar  fish, Graham bunnies, and fruit snacks with no preservatives. It looks like a good snack for when we are on the go. Everyday I try to be more like the mother I made myself to be in my dreams. I want the best for my Bella but know I can't be perfect and its ok! Shes a happy girl and I'm a happy mommy!

Sooo...Big!

Beautiful Bella...you have gotten so big! What is happening..I feel like you woke up one morning and now all of a sudden you look like a big girl. We dropped your crib down a level a few days ago. We caught you trying to pull yourself up and peek up at us when we went to greet you in the morning. You are rolling back and forth and crawling backwards! You love to blow raspberries and hear your own voice. You can say   Da Da. I teach you Ma Ma everyday but you haven't got it yet. You seem to get  louder and more interesting everyday! What will Bella do next! It is finally starting to cool off down here. We took you in the pool this week. You loved it! You like to splash the water.

We changed your car seat to the bigger one. Your toes were hanging off of your infant car seat, you tall girl! We went to your cousins Freddy's Baptism and 1st Birthday in Miami this past weekend. You enjoyed riding in your comfy new seat. We had a fun time playing with Freddy,visiting family, and enjoying the park. 

  

  

 Mommy and Daddy enjoyed eating all the yummy Spanish food and Cuban style cafe' con leche! I could use one of those coffees right now...with a Guava pastry. Speaking of food our cousin Andrea, Eli's Mommy, introduced us to Mum Mums when we were in Canada. It is a rice cracker and you LOVE them! You are so cute with your new little teeth. You like to crunch on your Mum Mums.

 

Computer Down....

So a few days after we got back from Canada. My hard drive crashed on my new computer....
They cannot retrieve any data. Yeah,...really depressing. So I have to re-enter all of my quick books for 2010.(I know I should have backed it up!!) All my pictures are gone too. I have most backed up online. Waiting to get some disks made so I can make a post of our trip and Bella Boo..... I have learned my lesson and will not trust my computer again, and will be getting an external hard drive. Off to my part time accounting job for Distinctive. Oh...how I wish this didn't happen.
